Awarding Ceremony for one of the winners of the Contest for the Best Article about the SCO Held in Dushanbe

On 13 October 2026, a ceremony was held at Tajik National University (TNU) in Dushanbe, with the participation of officials from the Secretariat of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization and the University's leadership, to award one of the winners of the contest for the best article among students and master's degree candidates of the SCO member states.

The winner from the Republic of Tajikistan – Khilolabonu Tolibi, a student of the Law Faculty at TNU, whose work is dedicated to the topic "25 Years of the SCO: Tajikistan's Contribution to the Development of a New-Type Association" – was presented with a certificate from the SCO Secretary General and an anniversary medallion.

The international contest for the best article about the SCO was held from March to June 2026. More than six hundred of research papers in Chinese, Russian, and English were submitted.
