The Council of Heads of Government (Prime Ministers) adopts the Organisation’s budget and addresses key issues related to advancing interaction within the Organisation, particularly in economic spheres.
The Council convenes for its regular sessions once a year. Each session is chaired by the head of government (prime minister) of the state where the session takes place.
The venue for the Council’s next regular session is determined by prior agreement among the heads of government (prime ministers) of the member states.
