Following the event, a Joint Statement of the Ministers was adopted.

On 23 April 2026, the 13th Meeting of Ministers of Transport of the Member States of the Shanghai Cooperation Organisation was held in Bishkek under the chairmanship of the Kyrgyz side.
Following the meeting, the protocol of the meeting and the Memorandum of Understanding between the transport authorities of the SCO Member States on cooperation in the digitalization of permits for international road transport (in the format of interested parties) were signed, and the Regulation on the establishment of a new specialized mechanism - the Special Working Group on the Development of Cooperation in the Field of Transport - was approved.

The participants of the Meeting adopted The Action Plan for the implementation of the Programme for the Development of Cooperation in the Field of Crop Breeding and Seed Production between the SCO Member States. They also approved the regulations of a new mechanism - the Expert Group on Cooperation in the Field of Breeding and Seed Production within the framework of the Standing Expert Working Group of the SCO Member States on Agriculture.
Representatives of the FAO and the Eurasian Economic Commission took part in the meeting.

Following the Meeting, the heads of delegations approved the drafts of the Statement by the Council of Heads of State of the SCO Member States on the Development of Interaction in the Field of Energy Saving and Energy Efficiency and the Statement by the Council of Heads of State of the SCO Member States on the Development of Interaction in the Sphere of Energy Systems, which were adopted at the Bishkek Summit on 1 September 2026.

Following the meeting, the Regulation "On the Data Bank of Investment Projects in the Field of Industry of the SCO Member States" was approved, and the Joint Communiqué of the Ministers of Industry of the Member States of the Shanghai Cooperation Organisation was adopted.
Meeting of the Heads of Ministries and Agencies of the SCO Member States Responsible for Plant Quarantine Cooperation
On 16 April 2026, the 3rd Meeting of Heads of Ministries and Agencies of the SCO Member States Responsible for Interaction in the Field of Plant Quarantine was held in Bishkek under the chairmanship of the Kyrgyz side in a hybrid format.
During the meeting, an exchange of views took place on strengthening partnership in the phytosanitary sphere as an important factor in facilitating mutual trade in agricultural products, improving control and monitoring mechanisms, ensuring plant quarantine in international trade, and developing the electronic exchange of phytosanitary certificates.

On 14 and 15 April 2025, the Seventh Meeting of Heads of Supreme Audit Institutions of the SCO Member States was held in Dushanbe under the chairmanship of Tajikistan.
The participants adopted the Joint Statement and approved the Plan of Events relative to Cooperation between Supreme Audit Institutions of the SCO Member States for 2025-2027.
