On August 10–12, 2026, a meeting of the Council of National Coordinators of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization member states was held via videoconference under the chairmanship of the Kyrgyz side.
The parties continued preparations for the meeting of the Council of Heads of State of the SCO member states in the Kyrgyz Republic on September 1, 2026, and also considered current issues of cooperation within the Organization.
