On July 14–16, 2026, the second expert meeting to discuss the draft Regulations of the Executive Committee of the SCO Anti-Drug Centre was held in Dushanbe in a hybrid format, under the chairmanship of the Tajik side.
The Agreement on the SCO Anti-Drug Centre was signed by the Council of Heads of State of the SCO on September 1, 2025, in Tianjin, the People's Republic of China.
