On June 9, 2026, under the chairmanship of the Permanent Representative of the Kyrgyz Republic, Rakhman Adanov, a regular meeting of the Permanent Representatives of the Shanghai Cooperation Organisation member states was held at the SCO Secretariat.
In the context of preparations for the Bishkek Summit, the Permanent Representatives continued their discussion of draft documents in order to implement the Decision of the SCO Council of Heads of State of July 4, 2024, "On the proposals of the SCO Council of Ministers of Foreign Affairs of the SCO Member States on improving the Organisation's activities."
