SCO Secretariat’s representatives hold contacts with the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAO)

On June 3, 2026, Deputy Secretary-General T.R. Midhun meets with Carlos Aldeco, Representative of the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAO) to China and the DPRK.

The parties exchanged views on the development of practical cooperation and the organization of joint activities in the agricultural sector, expressing their readiness to further expand interaction and strengthen communication and coordination between the two organizations.
