On April 29, 2026, a meeting of experts was held via videoconference, chaired by the Kyrgyz side, to prepare for the Meeting of Ministers of Internal Affairs and Public Security of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization Member States.
Draft documents were reviewed for approval at the ministerial event scheduled for June of this year in Bishkek.
