Meeting of the Council of National Coordinators of SCO Member States opened at the Secretariat

On April 27, 2026, a meeting of the Council of National Coordinators of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization member states began its work at the SCO Secretariat in Beijing under the chairmanship of the Kyrgyz side.

The meeting is being held with the participation of representatives of member states, the Secretariat, and the Executive Committee of the SCO RATS.

Participants discuss a range of issues related to the preparation of the Organization's key events in 2026. Special attention is being paid to the issue of improvement of the SCO. In addition, parties plan to discuss proposals from member states aimed at deepening political, economic, and humanitarian cooperation.

The meeting will last until April 30, 2026.
