On April 14, 2026, under the chairmanship of the Kyrgyz side, a regular meeting of the Expert Working Group on Precursor Control was held via videoconference within the framework of the meeting of the heads of competent authorities of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization member states empowered to combat illicit drug trafficking.
Participants exchanged information on the drug-related crime situation, as well as on new substances added to the controlled substances list.
Discussions were held on draft documents planned for consideration by the heads of relevant agencies of SCO member states.
