On April 13, 2026, a regular meeting of the Working Group of Experts on Law Enforcement and Combating Drug Crime under the Meeting of Heads of Competent Authorities of Shanghai Cooperation Organisation Member States Empowered to Combat Illicit Drug Trafficking was held via videoconference under the chairmanship of the Kyrgyz side.
During the discussions representatives from relevant ministries and agencies exchanged information on national law enforcement practices in the field of combating illicit drug trafficking.
Following the meeting a Protocol was signed.
