On March 10, 2026, an expert meeting to discuss draft Action Plan (Roadmap) for the Development of Ports and Logistics Centers of the SCO Member States for 2026-2030 was held online under the chairmanship of the Kazakhstan side.
Experts continued to develop a consolidated position on the document and agreed to continue work for the subsequent approval of the Action Plan.
Work on the Action Plan is carried out in accordance with the Concept of Cooperation of the SCO Member States in the Development of Ports and Logistics Centers, aimed at promoting economic growth through the development of accessible, efficient and safe transport and logistics services that meet domestic and international transportation needs based on fairness, reciprocity and cooperation.
A list of major ports and logistics centers of the SCO member states has been compiled.
