The challenges faced by SCO member states—natural disasters, industrial accidents, epidemiological threats—are taking on a cross-border nature and require consolidated efforts.
It was highlighted that the development of cooperation in the field of emergency medical care is part of the overall work to strengthen security within the SCO space. Promoting joint initiatives, exchanging best practices, and training relevant specialists will contribute to enhancing the resilience of the region's states to emergencies.
