On December 6, 2025, in Dushanbe as part of the "SCO Talks" project Deputy Secretary-General of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization Ahmad Saidmurodzoda visited the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Tajikistan. There he delivered a lecture for master's degree students at the SCO Friendship and Cooperation Center.
The DSG informed the audience on several aspects of the Organization's development at the current stage including the outcomes of the Tianjin Summit (September 1, 2025) and plans for a series of events in connection with SCO's 25th anniversary in 2026.
The Secretariat delegation also visited the Center for Water Diplomacy, where they familiarized themselves with a multimedia exhibition on global water-climate initiatives and a bibliography as well as the work of an intellectual laboratory.
