On November 25, 2025, SCO Deputy Secretary-General Sohail Khan held online consultations with the leadership of the regional delegation of the International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies (IFRC) in Beijing and the IFRC's Disaster Response Emergency Fund in Geneva.
The parties exchanged views on emergency response, disaster relief and the functioning of humanitarian aid mechanisms.
