On November 10-12, 2025, a meeting of the expert group was held under the chairmanship of the Russia in the format of a videoconference to coordinate the draft Action Plan for 2026-2030 for the implementation of the Program of Multilateral Trade and Economic Cooperation of the member States of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization.
During the event, the authorized representatives agreed on the text of the Plan, which is included in the List of documents proposed for signing following the meeting of the Council of Heads of Government (Prime Ministers) of the SCO member states on November 18, 2025 in Moscow.
