The Secretary General of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization, Nurlan Yermekbayev, sent a message to the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, Muhammad Ishaq Dar, in connection with the terrorist attack in Islamabad on November 11, 2025.
The Secretary General emphasized the need to intensify international cooperation in combating the threats of terrorism, separatism and extremism.
