The Special Working Group on Financial and Budgetary Issues

On September 16-19, 2025, the SCO Secretariat in Beijing hosted a regular meeting of the Special Working Group of Experts of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization Member States on Financial and Budgetary Issues with the participation of representatives of the Secretariat and the Executive Committee of the SCO Regional Anti-Terrorist Structure, chaired by the Kyrgyz side.

Following the review, a package of documents has been prepared, which is planned to be approved during a meeting of the Council of Heads of Government (Prime Ministers) of the SCO member states in November 2025 in Moscow.
