On July 28, 2025, at the Secretariat of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization in Beijing, Deputy Secretary General Ahmad Saidmurodzoda held a meeting with Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Kingdom of Bahrain to the People's Republic of China, Mohamed Shaikh.
During the conversation, an interested exchange of views took place on the state and prospects of cooperation, with an emphasis on the implementation of the Memorandum on granting Bahrain the status of an SCO Dialogue Partner from 2023 and the Roadmap for strengthening cooperation between the Organization's member states and dialogue partners.
