On July 6, 2025, expert meetings were held in Qingdao in a hybrid format under the chairmanship of China to prepare for the Meeting of Ministers of Culture and the Meeting of Heads of Tourism Administrations of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization member States.
During the events, experts from the Organization's member states agreed on draft final documents for the upcoming meetings of the heads of ministries and departments of culture and tourism, scheduled for July 7, 2025.
The experts also discussed the organizational aspects of the SCO Arts Festival.
