On June 23, 2025, SCO Secretary-General Nurlan Yermekbayev met at the Secretariat with a delegation from the China Foreign Languages Publishing and Distribution Administration, led by Jiang Yonggang, Director of the Europe and Asia Broadcasting Center (People's Pictorial Publishing House).
The Secretary-General, after hearing information about the activities carried out within the SCO through the Administration, expressed confidence that Chinese colleagues will continue to contribute to strengthening cooperation between SCO member states in the cultural and humanitarian sphere.
The parties agreed to maintain working contacts.
