Preparations for the Meeting of Ministers of Education of the SCO Member States

On May 7, 2025, a meeting of the Standing Expert Working Group on Education of the SCO Member States was held via videoconference under the chairmanship of the China.

During the meeting, the sides discussed the organizational and substantive aspects of the upcoming Meeting of Ministers of Education of the SCO Member States, which will take place on May 13, 2025, in Urumqi (Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region, PRC).

A number of documents planned for adoption at the upcoming ministerial event were considered. The experts agreed to continue their joint work.

Following the meeting, a corresponding Protocol was signed.
