Meeting with Director of the Arab League Beijing Office

On 14 January 2025, SCO Secretary-General Nurlan Yerkembayev held a meeting in Beijing with Ahmed Mustafa Fahmy Hafez, Director of the Arab League Beijing Office.

Mr Hafez congratulated the SCO Secretary-General on assuming office and highly praised the SCO’s activities and its regional and global prestige.

Nurlan Yerkembayev noted a growing number of Arab League nations in the SCO Family and expressed the Organisation’s intention to continue strengthening cooperation with the League of Arab States.
