SCO Business Conclave of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises

On 17 November 2022, an online meeting of the SCO Business Conclave of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises took place as part of the event programme of the Republic of India’s SCO Presidency.

SCO Deputy Secretary-General Sohail Khan welcomed the participants at the opening ceremony. He noted the importance of long-term support for entrepreneurship and its development, with due consideration for the current global economic situation.

Representatives of the SCO Business Council, chambers of commerce and industry and economic agencies from SCO member states took part in three panel sessions devoted to women entrepreneurs and the development of the tourism and the food industry.
