The content of the letter from the SCO Secretary-General is given below:
Excellency,

We are deeply saddened to know about the tragic death of all 176 passengers and crew members, which included 82 Iranian nationals, at the crash of Ukrainian International Airlines Jetliner near Tehran on 08 January 2020.
The Secretariat of the SCO expresses its deepest condolences to the families of those who lost their lives in the accident and to the Government of the Islamic Republic of Iran.
