On 10 May 2018, SCO Secretary-General Rashid Alimov had a working meeting with Vanke Group President Zhu Jiusheng and leading corporate managers in Shenzhen.
Those at the meeting focused on cooperation between the SCO Secretariat and Vanke Group during the preparations for the Beijing EXPO 2019 where the SCO will have its own pavilion.
Vanke Group, a major Chinese developer, has business interests in Europe, Asia as well as the Americas and has been involved in numerous EXPO events. The company will build and manage one of the largest "green" pavilions at the Beijing EXPO 2018.
