On 26 February 2025, Secretary-General of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization Nurlan Yermekbayev held a briefing for permanent representatives of the Organization's member states in Beijing.
The Secretary General informed the permanent representatives in detail about the results of his official visits to Russia, Belarus and India, which took place in January and February. The participants discussed the organization of Nurlan Yermekbayev's forthcoming visits to other SCO member states.
They also touched upon some aspects of preparing high- and summit-level events for the Organization in 2025.
The meeting was traditionally held in a constructive and friendly atmosphere.
