On 18 April 2023, SCO Secretary-General Grigory Logvinov attended the opening ceremony of the 29th International ICT Forum TIBO 2023 and delivered remarks at the 5th Eurasian Digital Forum held within the framework of TIBO 2023 in Minsk, Republic of Belarus.
The forum brought together delegates from governments, international organisations, diplomatic offices, professional scientific associations, research and education institutes, as well as public and private companies.
It was the first time that a delegation from the SCO Secretariat attended the forum.
