On 23-25 March, India's capital city hosted Reconnect – Rejuvenate, an analytical conference on various aspects of cooperation among the member states of the Shanghai Cooperation Organisation. The event was organised by the Indian Council of World Affairs (ICWA) with the support of the Ministry of External Affairs of the Republic of India.
The meeting was opened by Director General of the ICWA Vijay Thakur Singh, Secretary of the Indian Ministry of External Affairs Dammu Ravi and Deputy Secretary-General of the SCO Grigory Logvinov.
Prominent academic experts from the SCO countries delivered analytical presentations.
The event was divided into three panel sessions:
- The role of the SCO in strengthening integration;
- Uniting for stability in Eurasia;
- Strengthening connectivity;
- Uniting peoples.
