The SCO Council of Foreign Ministers meeting took place in Tashkent on July 28-29 under the Chairmanship of the Republic of Uzbekistan. The meeting was attended, in person, by the foreign ministers of the eight SCO member countries, SCO Secretary-General Zhang Ming and Director of the SCO RATS Executive Committee Ruslan Mirzayev.
Following the meeting, Acting Foreign Minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan Vladimir Norov and SCO Secretary-General Zhang Ming held briefings where they told journalists in detail about the results.
