The meeting with representatives of the Youth League of the SCO states
SCO question-and-answer session. SCO Secretary-General’s meeting with the Youth League

On 17 November, 2017, SCO headquarters hosted a Doors Open Day, during which the SCO Secretary-General met with representatives of the Youth League of the SCO states.

The meeting was attended by students from SCO member states, studying in universities in Beijing. They were given an opportunity to tour the organisation's headquarters, including the complex of national halls of the SCO member countries, the SCO Charter Marble hall, the SCO Lawn and the Winter Garden.

An open and lively exchange of views took place at the meeting, during which the SCO Secretary-General gave informative responses to a broad range of questions from the Youth League activists.

The students left the SCO headquarters with the warmest and most pleasant memories. This event was held as part of the comprehensive SCO — Our Common Home programme.

The SCO Youth League was established in April, 2017. It is an independent, non-commercial, open platform that promotes interconnection, dialogue and exchange of views and ideas between the young people of eight SCO member states.
