SCO member state experts from competent authorities discuss IT cooperation

On 11-13 January 2017, China chaired a regular meeting of the cyber expert group of the SCO member state competent institutions at the SCO headquarters in Beijing.

During the meeting, organised by the Executive Committee of the SCO Regional Anti-Terrorist Structure (RATS), the participating experts considered current issues related to information technology cooperation between the SCO member states.

The cyber expert group of the SCO Regional Anti-Terrorist Structure (RATS) is a key institutional format for the interaction of competent authorities of the SCO member states aimed at deepening their cybersecurity cooperation within the SCO framework. The group meets on a regular basis at least once a year.
