SCO Secretary-General Zhang Ming’s message of condolences to Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov following the terrorist attack in the Moscow Region:

“The Secretariat of the Shanghai Cooperation Organisation and I personally were deeply saddened to learn of the tragic terrorist attack in the Moscow Region on 22 March.

We strongly condemn this heinous terrorist attack, as well as terrorism in any shape and form.

We stand with the people of Russia during this tragic and challenging time. Together with all Russians, we mourn the loss of innocent lives and extend our deepest condolences to their families. We wish a speedy recovery to all those injured.”
