On 24-25 November, a delegation of the SCO Secretariat headed by SCO Deputy Secretary-General Nurlan Yermekbayev, took part in the 2023 Mayors Exchange Conference on Maritime Silk Road City Influence at the invitation of the Wenzhou Municipal People’s Government.
The conference was also attended by representatives of the ASEAN Secretariat, as well as European, African, Southeast Asian, and Latin American countries.
