Documents signed following the SCO Heads of Government Council meeting

The following documents have been signed following the meeting of the SCO Heads of Government Council held in Bishkek on 26 October 2023:

1. Joint Communique on the Results of the 22nd meeting of the Heads of Government (Prime Ministers) Council of the Member States of the Shanghai Cooperation Organisation;

2. Resolution of the Heads of Government Council on the SCO Secretariat Report on the events and meetings held within the framework of the Programme for Multilateral Trade and Economic Cooperation between SCO Member States;

3. Resolution of the Heads of Government Council on the Financial Statement on the Execution of the 2022 SCO Budget;

4. Resolution of the Heads of Government Council on the 2024 SCO Budget;

5. Resolution of the Heads of Government Council on Financial Rules in the SCO;

6. Resolution of the Heads of Government Council on the Regulations on Salaries, Guarantees and Compensations for the Staff of Permanent SCO Bodies;

7. Resolution of the Heads of Government Council on the Report by the External Auditors Commission of the SCO Member States on the external audits of the permanent SCO bodies’ financial and economic activities;

8. Resolution of the Heads of Government Council on the Action Plan to implement the Concept of Collaboration between Railway Administrations (Railways) of the SCO member states (Tashkent, 2 November 2019);

9. Resolution of the Heads of Government Council on the organisational chart of the SCO Secretariat;

10. Resolution on the organisational chart of the Executive Committee of the Regional Anti-Terrorist Structure of the SCO;

11. Resolution of the Heads of Government Council on the concept of a digital meeting of buyers and sellers from the SCO region;

12. Protocol on amending the agreement on the procedure for the formation and execution of the SCO budget signed on 1 December 2017;

13. Initiative on analysing prospects for cooperation between the ministries and agencies of the SCO member states responsible for foreign economy and foreign trade in the sphere of digital commerce (adopted without signing);

14. Action plan for events to be held during the Year of Ecology in the SCO in 2024.
