SCO Secretary-General Zhang Ming sent a video message to the participants of the 14thInternational Forum “Innovative development through the intellectual property market.”
He noted that the task of improving the legal standards related to intellectual property issues is now becoming increasingly important. The time has come to develop a set of rules to regulate and strengthen cooperation within the SCO in this field.
The forum was held on 21 April in Moscow at Kutafin Moscow State Law University. The forum organisers included the Russian Academy of Sciences, the Republican Research Institute of Intellectual Property, and the Russian Bar Association.
