On 21 April 2023, State Secretary of the Foreign Ministry for Foreign Affairs of Finland Jukka Salovaara visited the SCO Secretariat and met with SCO Secretary-General Zhang Ming.
The meeting took place in a warm and friendly atmosphere while the sides exchanged information on the establishment of the SCO, its expansion and development prospects. They also discussed the SCO’s priorities, and its role and place in the regional and global agenda.
