On 22 February, SCO Secretary-General Zhang Ming met with Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Belarus to the People's Republic of China Yuri Senko at the SCO Secretariat.
During the meeting, the parties discussed the Organisation’s current activities and prospects. They paid special attention to further interaction with the Republic of Belarus within the SCO framework in the light of its' upcoming accession to the SCO as a full member state..
The Secretary-General praised the commitment and engagement of the Belarusian side to consistently increase its' contribution to the life of the Organization.
