On 21 June 2022, China chaired a meeting of experts from the SCO Consortium of Economic Analytical Centres. The meeting was held via videoconference and its participants included representatives of economic research and analytical organisations from the SCO member countries.
The participants reviewed the preliminary results of a joint study titled "Analysing Global and Regional Economic Development Macrotrends after the COVID-19 Pandemic."
The next, third, meeting of the SCO Consortium has been scheduled for September 2022.
