According to him, the new platform can play an important role in creating a successful development model for regional trade, investment cooperation, cultural and humanitarian exchanges between the countries, cities and regions within the SCO.
Qin Shubin highlighted the strong industrial advantages of the new area in transport logistics and digital innovation. He pledged further support on the part of the regional authorities, for the platform's development and the provision of high-quality, cost-effective and convenient services to China's trade partners from the SCO countries.
The parties also considered ways to promote further collaboration to enhance business activities across the SCO.
