The SCO Secretariat jointly with the National University of Singapore (NSU) will hold an online conference on the topic of SCO: Transformation of Eurasia at 4 pm, Beijing Time, on 27 October.
The event will be attended by SCO Secretary-General Vladimir Norov and Director of the NSU Middle East Institute and former Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Singapore to the Russian Federation as well as Singapore's Permanent Representative to the United Nations Bilahari Kausikan. The SCO Secretary-General will address the gathering with a report on the SCO as an important factor of securing stability and sustainable development in Eurasia.
