We are deeply saddened by the news of the deaths and injuries caused by an avalanche in the Van Province, eastern Turkey.
The Secretariat of the Shanghai Cooperation Organisation expresses its sincere condolences to the family and friends of the deceased and wishes a speedy recovery to the survivors.
