The SCO Observer Mission in Baku monitoring the elections to Milli Majlis (the National Assembly) of the Republic of Azerbaijan headed by SCO Deputy Secretary-General Sherali Saidamir Jonon laid flowers to the monument of Azerbaijan's late national leader Heydar Aliyev on 5 February.
The SCO Mission has been engaged in monitoring activities in Azerbaijan since 3 February.
