The Shanghai Cooperation Organisation (SCO) resolutely condemns the attack by ISIL (DAESH) militants on a border guard detachment in Tajikistan on the night of November 5-6 and expresses full support for the actions of the security agencies of Tajikistan to curb this action.
The attack on the border guard detachment of an SCO member state once again reaffirms the need for consistent and resolute action by the SCO to maintain regional security and stability, in part, to consolidate the cooperative effort to fight the challenges presented by terrorists and extremists.
