A SCO certificate has been awarded to Yevgenia Kazakova for her personal contribution to the development of the SCO Secretariat's activities as well as for her work in helping to bolster the SCO's interaction with international and regional organisations.
From March 2016 up until June 2019 Ms Kazakova had a position at the SCO Secretariat Department for Political Affairs. She took part in organising a high-level expert working group meeting under the Paris Pact Initiative on transborder cooperation (Beijing) as well as in holding two joint high-level events entitled The UN and SCО against Narcotic Drugs at the 62nd and 61st sessions of the Commission on Narcotic Drugs (Vienna).
