SCO Secretary-General Rashid Alimov met with Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Russian Federation to the People's Republic of China Andrei Denisov at the SCO Secretariat on 26 December 2018.
The parties focused on the current SCO agenda, including promising areas of developing multifaceted cooperation in the SCO framework.
Denisov pointed out the substantial work done by the Secretariat over the recent years and thanked the Secretary-General for his great contribution to strengthening cooperation within the SCO.
Alimov expressed his gratitude to Denisov for his continued personal attention to SCO activities as well as for the coordinated joint work and fruitful cooperation of the Russian Embassy in China and the SCO Secretariat.
The conversation took place in a warm and friendly atmosphere.
