On 14 June 2018, the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences and the CITIC Foundation for Reform and Development Studies organised the One Belt One Road High-Level Humanitarian Dialogue Forum in Beijing.
SCO Deputy Secretary-General Wang Kaiwen addressed the forum participants with a welcoming speech on behalf of Secretary-General Rashid Alimov during the forum's opening ceremony.
