SCO Observer Mission: Presidential election proceeds smoothly in Irkutsk, Kaluga regions

In the Irkutsk Region, the SCO observers worked in Irkutsk and Shelekhov, the Irkutsk and Shelekhov districts and in the villages of Markova, Vvedenshchina, Smolenshchina and Baklashi. They also inspected 73 polling stations.

The SCO observers working in the Kaluga Region visited 22 polling stations and two territorial election commissions, talked to voters and other observers at polling stations.

The observers noted a favourable voting environment and a positive atmosphere.

The highest voter turnout was posted in the afternoon.
