On 13-14 March 2018, the Chinese side chaired a meeting of experts at the SCO Secretariat in Beijing to discuss the establishment of the SCO Development Bank and the SCO Development Fund (Special Account).
Experts from SCO member-states exchanged opinions regarding the creation of SCO financial mechanisms and decided to continue their mutual consultations.
A Protocol was signed after the meeting.
