SCO Secretary-General offers condolences and support to China’s foreign minister over earthquake casualties

On 9 August 2017, SCO Secretary-General Rashid Alimov sent a letter of condolences and support to PRC Minister of Foreign Affairs Wang Yi on the loss of life as a result of the earthquake in Jiuzhaigou County, Sichuan Province, and Jinghe County, Bortala Mongol Autonomous Prefecture, Xinjiang Uyghur Autonomous Region.

In his letter, Mr.Alimov conveyed his sincere condolences and deep sympathy to the families of the victims and wished a speedy recovery to those affected by the earthquake.
